Join Maxine Forster Guenther, M.A., Instructor of Integral Qigong, certified since 2003, in The Earth Room, at the Unitarian Universalist Meeting House, 1475 West Front Street in Lincroft. These classes fill quickly.

Two, one-hour Qigong classes are available on Tuesdays beginning March 21, 1pm or again at 2:30pm. Students are well spaced and the Earth Room has a state of the art air filtration system.
World Tai Chi & Qigong Day
