Join Maxine Forster Guenther, M.A., Instructor of Integral Qigong, certified since 2003, in The Earth Room, at the Unitarian Universalist Meeting House (UUCMC), 1475 West Front Street, Lincroft.
Nine-week Fall Series: Two, one-hour Qigong classes are available on Tuesdays beginning September 26,1pm or 2:30pm. Students are well spaced and the Earth Room has a state of the art air filtration system. 1pm Class: An introduction to Primordial Qigong for students new to this form. 2:30pm Class: Primordial Qigong & more for students who have practiced this form.
Classes at UUCMC: $90 for 9 sessions. A 2nd Person in same household is $45. College student, $45. If you cannot afford the cost, please contact Maxine to make some adjustment in the fee.
