A gift to the community: a day of free offerings at With Intentions in Lake Como before the holiday rush! This event includes an afternoon and evening of reiki, yoga, qi gong, Kundalini mantra and meditation as well as cacao. The evening ends with crystal bowls coupled with auricular (ear) acupuncture treatments provided by Shore Points Acupuncture. Time: this event runs from 12pm until 7:15pm. Donations are welcome. If you are participating in the Crystal Bowl Meditation and would like an auricular acupuncture treatment, there is an add-on fee of $20 per person. Please arrive by 5:45pm for the auricular treatments before settling into the meditation.
